Karan Sra, MD
Karan K. Sra, M.D. FAAD is a board-certified Dermatologist and founder of Bayou City Dermatology. Born and raised in the great state of Texas, Dr. Sra spent her earlier years in Northwest Houston, where she attended Jersey Village High School.
She then went on to complete her undergraduate training at the University of Texas Austin where she graduated with honors. She attended medical school, internship and her Dermatology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. After completion of residency, Dr. Sra became a partner at Houston Skin Associates and Adara Medical Spa. Under her leadership the practice grew from two locations to one with four locations and multiple providers. Her mission in starting Bayou City Dermatology is to provide exemplary and compassionate care to her patients by providing the most current medical and cosmetic skincare procedures available. She does this by remaining committed to the advancement of her education and experience in the cosmetic and general dermatology fields. She is married with one daughter, she enjoys spending time with her family (and her German Shepherd) and serving her community on her days off. Her commitment to her family, patients, and employees remains her highest priority.

Audra Clos, MD
Dr. Audra Clos is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science fromAuburn University and attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, TX. Dr. Clos has broad experience in state-of-the-art facial and body rejuvenation techniques, to address photo damage, scarring, aging, and body contouring. She will be seeing patients at our Webster and Cypress offices.
Alexander Marzuka, MD
Dr. Alexander Marzuka is a board-certified dermatologist who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and Yale School of Medicine.
During medical school, he completed a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellowship that focused on investigating new treatments for melanoma. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, where he focused on becoming an excellent, well-rounded, and compassionate dermatologist. Dr. Marzuka is also fluent in Spanish. He sees patients of all ages for their medical, surgical, and cosmetic needs. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and playing with his Boston terrier.
Wei Niu, MD
Dr. Wei Niu is a board-certified dermatologist with Bayou City Dermatology. His desire to pursue a career in medicine started at University of Texas at Austin where he studied microbiology.
He then went on to graduate from University of Central Florida School of Medicine in Orlando, FL. He completed his dermatology residency at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans, LA. He has a broad interest in all aspects of skin care, including medical, pediatric, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He is committed to compassionate patient care and staying current in the ever evolving field of dermatology. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, watching history channels and movies, reading, and traveling. He also likes family pets like green turtles and poodles.
Mary McClean, M.D.
Mary McClean, M.D., a resident of the Cypress community and a dual-specialized Dermatologist and Pediatrician, stands out in her field. As a proud graduate of Tulane University’s Medical School, Dr. McClean has cultivated a unique expertise in both Dermatology and Pediatrics. Her medical journey flourished at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she completed her internship, fellowship, and residency, demonstrating her unwavering dedication and skill in her dual specialties.
Wesley Wu, MD
Dr. Wesley Wu graduated from Brown University and Brown Medical School. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Additionally, he is a Board-Certified Mohs Surgeon
and a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery.
He was awarded the Max-Kade Fellowship for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology’s Everett C. Fox Award for his clinical research on skin cancer, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery’s Young Investigator Award as well as its Golden Scalpel Championship, and the Cosmetic Surgery Forum’s Top Oral Presentation. He has been a member of and a lecturer for the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Kendall Jones, Licensed Esthetician
Kendall Jones, a powerhouse in esthetics and laser technology, embarked on her skincare path from a deeply personal challenge. Her long-term struggle with acne sparked not only a quest for clear skin but also ignited a passionate interest in cosmetics, driven by the deep-seated belief that confidence is a cornerstone of happiness. This belief motivated Kendall to pursue an extensive education in the field, culminating in her becoming both a Licensed Esthetician and a skilled Licensed Laser Technician.
Hailey Smith, Licensed Esthetician
Meet Hailey, licensed aesthetician for our Webster office. Her journey into the world of skincare is deeply personal. Having faced her own battles with acne and rosacea, she knows firsthand the challenges these conditions can bring. These experiences fueled her determination to help others achieve healthier, more radiant skin.
Krystle Divin, Patient Care Coordinator
Krystle Divin attended the art institute of Houston, where she earned a bachelor's degree in fashion and business management. She has past experience working in the Houston fashion and beauty industry, appearing on 'Great Day Houston with Debra Duncan' multiple times, as a fashion consultant and designer, styling fashion photo shoots for Latina magazine and Houston Modern Luxury, collaborating with ABC Disney and MTV for fashion segments, and had the honor of working alongside Tim Gunn, Namoi Campbell and Brooklyn Decker.
